Once you complete the form, someone from the surgical weight loss team will be in touch within 24 hours to send you the informational session videos (unless it’s during the weekend). If you complete the form Friday-Sunday, you can expect to receive an email with the videos the following Monday.
You may view these informative videos at your convenience, but we ask that you watch them prior to a consultation with the team.
