If you’re a patient at Lahey Clinic, you can easily access your health and medical records 24/7 through MyBILH Chart. This is Beth Israel Lahey Health's (BILH) free and secure patient portal to support your care.

With a MyBILH Chart account you can:

• Message with your doctor’s office and care team.
• Review test results.
• View your provider’s notes and visit summaries.
• Access your medical records.
• Manage your appointments.
• Request prescription refills.
• Pay your bill.
• Complete check in before your appointment.

Register for MyBILH Chart

If you already have a My Lahey Chart, you do not have to register for a new account. Simply log in to MyBILH Chart using your existing My Lahey Chart login credentials.

You can easily create a MyBILH Chart account by using the MyChart activation code received in the following ways:

• During an in-person office visit with a primary or specialty care provider
• Printed on your after-visit summary
• Printed on your billing statement

Once you have the code, you can visit MyBILH Chart to get started. Instructions are also available for those without an activation code.
