Lahey Clinic is a principal training site for the highly-regarded, ACGME Tufts Medical Center Neurology Residency Program. Residents divide their clinical training between both institutions, with Lahey serving as a cornerstone of the program’s educational experience for over three decades.

The Tufts Medical Center Neurology Residency offers guaranteed an Internal Medicine preliminary year positions at Lahey Clinic — providing a seamless, well-supported transition into residency training within the same institution.
